Ocianna's Sailor Pluto for NekroCon!

Ocianna got a lot of help from her aunt and a couple friends to get this done because if you look at her Halloween outfit, it's obvious costume construction is not her strong suit.

It was really tricky trying to get this all figured out, lots of things to work around! The hair style was altered slightly to hide her angler a bit, she had to wear the choker over her SCOBA respirator(I think that's what you would call that piece xD), her fins are tucked under the collar, and the back would have to be cut strangely so she could hide the straps for her SCOBA underneath it. OH and she doesn't have an outer ear so she had to rig those earrings with the wig somehow. And she can't see the color red, so she had to have a lot of help getting things picked out!
