Monster High OC:Ocianna Anglerby ~ChamomileCatastrophe

So this is my latest Monster High OC, Ocianna "Cici" Angler!

She is red because most deep sea creatures are some kind of reddish color, like orange or brown, because it makes them pretty much invisible in the deep, but I wanted her to be a fun color so I made her this lovely red.

I had a really hard time coming up with her colors, I had them all picked out and then I went to the beach and decided to switch them up completely! I'm really pleased with how she turned out though.

The scales on her face, are actually a part of her face btw xD
Her heels are supposed to look like sea glass, in case you were wondering what was up with the shape.
For Snickerdoodle I decided she could have a bioluminescent face that's something like an LED screen.

The lace on her neckline is supposed to be like shells, but it's hard to see here, so check out her fullsize art here: [link]
