Okay, so I'm sure a lot of people don't know what a dracae is so here's the gist courtesy of Monstropedia:
"Dracae lured victims into their demesne by leaving gold cups or jewelry floating on the water surface, then abducting people who reached for them, taking them into subterranean grottos where the helpless persons were used as slaves. However, first blessing the enticing treasures made them safe for the taking."
So if you're wondering why Declan is touchy about the family subject, that would be why.

I've read elsewhere that dracae turn into the gold items rather than just luring people in with them, but I didn't really want Declan to turn into a cup xD So I decided he would turn into water, which would make him invisible in the river supposing he ever cared to snatch someone, not that he would...
His hands are water in this picture because he doesn't like taking pictures, they make him nervous.
Oh and of course he's a foreign exchange student from Scotland, but I didn't want to write with an accent or something xD
