Finally done! So I was complaining about not wanting to color this and it was really as much of a pain as I thought it would be. All the little sparkly bits and then her scales underneath that xD
Anyways, yeah done! Ocianna didn't have a date to the ball, but she decided to go and look awesome anyways.
I still have to finish Declan's art too, they were all terribly late to the ball
